  • Who can benefit from mobile physical therapy?

    Mobile physical therapy is ideal for anyone seeking personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of their own space. This service is particularly beneficial for individuals recovering from surgical procedures or injuries, those managing chronic pain in areas such as the back, neck, or joints, people experiencing reduced mobility or stiffness, seniors at risk for falls or balance issues, and individuals facing scheduling or transportation difficulties.
  • Do you come to my home?

    Yes. All therapy services are provided directly in your home throughout the Newport News, Yorktown, Poquoson, Seaford, Hampton, Norfolk, Suffolk, and Portsmouth. This eliminates the need for travel or time spent in waiting rooms.
  • What should I prepare for a home visit?

    Please ensure you have a quiet, unobstructed area available, such as a living room or bedroom, and wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement. Your therapist will bring all necessary equipment, including a treatment table.
  • What services do you offer and how are they priced?

    Services include an initial evaluation (one 90-minute session) for $200. Package options are: Bronze package (six sessions) at $810, or $135 per session; Silver package (12 sessions) at $1,500, or $125 per session; Gold package (18 sessions) at $2,070, or $115 per session; and a monthly membership offering two sessions per month for $250.
  • What types of physical therapy are provided?

    Treatment modalities delivered in your home include manual therapy techniques such as fascial counter strain and IASTM, strength training programs, balance optimization, SFMA-certified movement analysis, individualized exercise programming, and injury prevention.
  • How do I pay for sessions?

    Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Venmo, cash, or credit and debit cards processed through Square. Payment is required following your consultation or prior to beginning your first treatment session.
  • Do you accept insurance?

    The majority of cases are self-pay; however, there may be a waitlist for those who choose to bill insurance.
  • Can I book recurring sessions or packages?

    Yes. Clients may schedule individual sessions, select from multi-session packages (Bronze, Silver, or Gold), or enroll in the monthly membership plan for continuous care.
  • What conditions can you treat?

    Treatment is provided for post-surgical rehabilitation including joint replacements and spinal procedures, balance deficits and fall risk reduction, injury rehabilitation such as sprains and overuse conditions, chronic restrictions in mobility or stiffness affecting areas like the hips and shoulders, and pain in the back, neck, or joints through targeted manual therapy and therapeutic exercise. We offer pre-op services as well.
  • How do I get started or ask additional questions?

    You may book a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation through the Calendly scheduling link, or contact the practice directly by phone or email. During this consultation, your questions will be addressed and the most appropriate treatment plan will be discussed.

Tyler Martin

Job Position

Tyler Martin is a physical therapist who has been practicing full time since 2019 strictly within outpatient practice. Tyler received his bachelor's degree in biology from Christopher Newport University here in Newport News, VA, and obtained his doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Lynchburg.


Tyler concentrates and specializes within orthopedic practice in sports medicine rehabilitation and is well versed in manual therapy, exercise therapy, and functional and dysfunctional movement analysis.


Outside of physical therapy, Tyler enjoys outdoor activities such as walking, running, and hiking and also spends his spare time developing and growing himself as a professional with mentorship on leadership and healthcare.
