You’ll receive personalized, one-on-one physical therapy in your home, workplace, gym, or another convenient location within our service area.

Your membership includes:

• Two one-on-one physical therapy visits each month
• A personalized home exercise program based on your goals

Membership Pricing

$250 per month for six months

Your six-month membership includes a total of 12 visits.

Before beginning the membership, new patients complete a comprehensive initial evaluation for $200. During this visit, we’ll discuss your concerns, assess your movement and physical function, establish your goals, and determine whether the membership is the right fit for you.
